How we could structure it
Once Beyond Outsourcing has implemented an end-to-end operational solution using our “generic and operational toolkit” and brought your performance to the agreed level, we then move the business (unit) to run stage. Beyond Outsourcing’s offers are flexible – they range from traditional license scenarios to straight outsourcing to shared risk/reward Joint Venture models, a variety of provisioning options; Customer managed; BPO; and BPO with full transformation services, for example:

Outsourcing your business unit to us – in which Beyond Outsourcing:

• Take on your business units budgets and people
• Deliver sustainable performance improvements throughout the lifetime of the contract
• Deliver the contract deliverables agreed in a Balanced Scorecard A Joint Venture in which we share risk/reward – creation of a NewCo in which we:
• Share equity – in which you could hold the majority shareholding, allowing you to meet your corporate and governance requirements
• Directors will be appointed by both companies
• NewCo can be BEE from outset
• We place the business unit with its budgets and people within NewCo and agree future budgets
• The balanced scorecard sets out the contract deliverables to your company
• Benefits such as cost reductions, income growth and dividends can be passed back or retained

Beyond Outsourcing Value Proposition Beyond Outsourcing’s aim is to assist clients with the execution of performance improvement interventions.
