As Group Chief
Executive Officer, Suzanne is responsible for the vision
and overall achievement
of
Beyond Outsourcing`s strategic direction.
Academic qualifications
Suzanne Ravenall
comes with a truly entrepreneurial background.
Leaving school at 16 Suzanne
obtained
7 ‘O’ levels and then went
onto college for a year to undertake an administration
certificate.
Suzanne started life as a personal assistant in the UK . She then
worked
with corporate organisations
on both an employment and
consulting basis in various
fields, before commencing her own
business, Beyond Outsourcing, formerly called
IDCS, in Performance
Improvement through an
outsourced execution model in the business
transformation outsourcing space.
She is currently the Group CEO for the company
which she started,
having recently sold 51% to a
combination of staff and investors.
Since then “Beyond Outsourcing” Suzanne’s organisation, has
worked with major blue
chip organisations and today employs
approximately 300 people.
Recently Suzanne became
a qualified International Master Coach
through BCI international. |

Special achievements:
Suzanne has created an execution product which is now a South African product ranked
about 2-3 years ahead of the market.
