Beyond Outsourcing Operating Philosophy

For any outsourcing company to provide adequate and effective solutions to a client it is important to adhere to certain specific operating procedures and beliefs. The following elements provide an indication as to the operational philosophy of Beyond Outsourcing.

Identity

We become one with the client and represent them as if we are an integral part of the business and are employed within the company. All the staff employed on the account of the client will be issued with business cards and acceptable stationery displaying the logo of the clients business.

The entire outsource function is therefore seamless and although the operation, results and staff are managed and employed by Beyond Outsourcing, no clients will be aware of this. Ultimately although the function is outsourced to Beyond Outsourcing, the service will be seen as being provided by the client. Integration Beyond Outsourcing not only takes on the identity of the client, but also the belief that we are the client in all our dealings.

Beyond Outsourcing staff treat the products, services and results of the client as if it were their own, allowing the client the best of Beyond Outsourcing both worlds: Not only do they see the client as the client, but Beyond Outsourcing delivers results and performance as if the client were the employer.

This mindset stems from the philosophy that if we are not exceeding the expectations of the client, we are certainly not exceeding the expectations of Beyond Outsourcing. Each employee and their success are interlinked and cannot be separated. If an employee is not successful on the account of the client, then the employee is not successful within Beyond Outsourcing.

Beyond Outsourcing and those employed on the account of the client, live and breathe the outcome expected, All training undertaken is focused on client expectations and how to exceed these expectations. Therefore, Beyond Outsourcing as a whole, and each staff member, is committed to delivering the best possible service. Transparency It is essential for business partners such as Beyond Outsourcing to have absolute transparency in all activities undertaken on behalf of the client.

The client will, through the on-line reporting and other I.T. reporting mediums, be kept 100% abreast of all activities and results achieved by Beyond Outsourcing. Corporate Identity Each staff member employed by Beyond Outsourcing conforms to a standard corporate identity.

This is not only apparent in the uniforms each staff member is provided with, but also in the standard way each staff member deals with clients. Professional appearance is an integral part of the success of Beyond Outsourcing and our clients. Through this discipline and identity, Beyond Outsourcing will create an identifiable link with the clients and also a high standard of professionalism.

Policies and Procedures

All activities within Beyond Outsourcing are detailed within a specific policy and procedure. Beyond Outsourcing has been awarded the DQS ISO 9001:2000 accredited accreditation for quality. Each action and method is documented to continuously ensure the highest standard and result for our clients. These policies and procedures become the operational `bible` for the account of the client.

All procedures are available on-line 24 hours a day to all our staff. One Point of Contact Control, and overall understanding of expectations and requirements, is extremely important in the relationship with our clients. Beyond Outsourcing therefore provides one point of contact for the client to deal with, to ensure that all client requirements are met. Beyond Outsourcing also requires one point of control from the client, to ensure that all instructions are channelled through one individual, making strong, fast and efficient communication.

This person must not only be a strategic decision-maker, but also understand and buy into the outsourced solution.

Focus and Exclusivity

Because of the nature of the Beyond Outsourcing outsourcing solution, a dedicated team of individuals will be employed exclusively for the client. These individuals will work solely on the account of the client, and will not be shared or utilised for the services of any other.
