•We measure the true cost of poor performance (CoPP) /assess the true opportunity for performance

•We measure the CoPP against current business plan and forecast requirements

•We assess the potential to close the CoPP and set up agreed improvement goals/new goals

•We implement our business model to close the gaps / achieve the goals In calculating the CoPP and implementing our business model and toolkits Beyond Outsourcing is firmly positioned in the Business Transformation Outsourcing space, which means that we run and continuously improve the outsourced areas over a period of 5-10 years and beyond.

Our engagements always include a detailed joint Balanced Score Cards.

We track:
•Leading (process) indicators which aligns the outsourced area with the key business metrics and strategy of the organisation
•Lagging (outcome) indicators which aligns the outsourced area with the key daily operational deliverables
