Dawie de Villiers was appointed at
Beyond Outsourcing in 2008 as Director Shared
Services. He is responsible for finance, IT and back office services.
He is a Chartered Accountant and holds a B Com (Hons) degree from the University
of Johannesburg. Prior to his appointment at Beyond Outsourcing, he was General
Manager at Benefit Recovery Services, a company that assists pension funds in surplus
distribution projects, before which he was CFO in the Multichoice group.
He spent several years in management consultancy with a particular focus on IT,
process management, budgeting and profit optimization. He spent three years in the
Far East with business interests in Europe and the USA.
